Michelin-starred restaurateur David Moore is advising businessman Elio Machillanda and his wife Claudia on their new Champagne and informal dining concept, Tirage, which is launching in the City. Tirage is set to open in Hasilwood House, 64 Bishopsgate, London EC4 in November. It will serve Champagne, and sparkling wine, along with a menu of tasting plates.
