    Be At One expands into EC1

    London-based cocktail bar chain Be At One has secured the former FluidBar at 40/42 Charterhouse Street, EC1, as it ramps up its expansion programmer.

    Be At One has taken an assignment of the ground floor and basement from Springdene, trading as FluidBar, which totals 2,000 sq ft.

    The chain will pay rent of £50,000 sq ft pa. The lease on the property was extended in 2008 for 15 years.

    Restaurant property partner jason Grant, which acted for Be At One, said: “Be At One now have more than a dozen sites but have an ambitious programmer to acquire up to 30 sites following an £8m investment from private equity group Piper.”
