Opening on the 26th September, this long awaited new addition to Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant empire has caused quite a stir. The restaurant is an all-day casual dining concept open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, set in a large and dramatic warehouse space with reclaimed furniture and vintage armchairs. It also includes a wine balcony stretching along the wall above the kitchen and a wood burning oven.
The menu is split into 3 sections: Raw Bar, Hot Kitchen and Wood Stone. The Raw Bar caters for the lighter meal with dishes like ceviche of sea bass with grapefruit, chilli and lime. The Hot Kitchen section is filled with hearty, wholesome dishes with a great range of fish and meat including venison, grouse and halibut. The Wood Stone covers chicken wings and pig’s head to roasted lobster.
Restaurant Property acted on behalf of Gordon Ramsay when acquiring the site at One New Change.
