Stanhope and the BBC have appointed four agents to advise on bringing forward and marketing their major redevelopment of the famous Television Centre in London’s White City, CoStar News can reveal.
The scheme takes in offices and studio space for the BBC, complementary entertainment and leisure facilities, public open space, offices, housing and a hotel, and is one of the largest and valuable projects to come forward in London over the next 10 years.
The agents appointed on the scheme are: Strutt & Parker for the 1,000 homes, Knight Frank on the offices, Restaurant Property on leisure, and Pilcher Hershman, the bespoke agency for creative commercial businesses, will advise on commercial. Retail agents are still to be appointed.
