Land Securities has signed Curzon to open a five-screen cinema in London’s Victoria, as three new restaurants agree deals.
The boutique cinema company will open in the basement of 62 Buckingham Gate in spring 2014, and will be the seventh London site.
Café concepts Benugo and Leon will also open units of 1,450 sq ft and 1,250 sq ft respectively on the ground floor of the scheme before Christmas.
Tapas restaurant Iberica has also signed as the first restaurant for The Zig Zag Building on Victoria Street, taking a 5,340 sq ft unit across the ground and first floor.
The Zig Zag Building is due for completion in 2015 and Iberica will open in spring 2015.
