Roganic is Simon Rogan’s new restaurant on Blandford Street, Marylebone. After the huge success of his outstanding L’Enclume restaurant in Cumbria which has held a Michelin star since 2005, five rosettes from the AA Restaurant Guide, 8/10 in the Good Food Guide and has been described as “destination dining at its very best” by Square Meal (who presented it the BMW Square Meal Award for Best UK Restaurant in 2010), Simon desired a presence in the South of England where he has continued his intense passion for organic, local and foraged light food.
Restaurant Property acted for The Portman Estate with whom Rogan signed a two year lease and refers to Roganic as “an extended pop-up”. The same hallmark food style as L’Enclume is evident in Roganic’s creative, seasonal, inventive menus. The head chef duties are being shared between Ben Spalding (previously at L’Autre Pied and Rhodes W1); and Simon Rogan, spending a couple of days each week at Roganic, while maintaining his presence in Cumbria.
There is a ten-course menu at lunch and dinner at £80 per person, and a five-course lunch menu at £40 per person. These menus evolve with the seasonality of ingredients.
