Guy graduated from Regent’s University with a degree in Business in 2014. After initially starting at Restaurant Property as an Intern, he became a full member of the team in January 2015.

At Restaurant Property, Guy is part of the Acquisition Team where he helps both National and Independent operators find suitable premises to suit their specific requirements. Guy has acquired property for the likes of Ceviche, Aubaine and M Restaurants. In addition, Guy can also be found working with our Sales Team on Pub Disposals

Favourite Restaurant: Duck & Rice, Soho

Gabriella graduated from the University of Brighton in 2011 with a BA in Business Management. Gabriella started her career as a Lettings Negotiator at Foxtons in Hampstead before joining Restaurant Property in May 2016 as a Surveyor.

At Restaurant Property, Gabriella focuses on Central London Acquisitions as well as Disposals.

Favourite Restaurant: Twist, Marylebone

Tom graduated from the University of Reading in 2015 with a BSc in Real Estate. Tom has done various work experience in property with the likes of; Freeman Box, CBGA Robson, Philips Lockhart Starr before joining Restaurant Property in August 2016 as a Surveyor.

At Restaurant Property, Tom focuses on Disposals both in London and within the M25.

Danielle graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2016 with a BA in PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics). Danielle has interned at the likes of Derwent London and Fanshawe before joining Restaurant Property in September 2016 as a Surveyor.

At Restaurant Property, Danielle focuses on Regional Acquisitions as well as Disposals.

Favourite Restaurant: The Palomar, West End

Ximena joined Restaurant Property in July 2015, having previously worked in the Executive Search Industry. She graduated from Exeter University in 2011 with a Joint Honours Degree in History and Spanish.

As well as supporting both the Acquisition and Sales teams, she oversees the smooth running of the office.

Favourite Restaurant: Taqueria, Notting Hill

Natalia joined Restaurant Property in February 2014. She graduated in 2008 in Poland and moved to the UK the same year where she joined the hospitality industry.

Natalia oversees our in-house marketing and design as well as helping to support the Acquisition Team.

Favourite Restaurant: Goodman.

Ariana joined Restaurant Property in July 2015, having previously worked in Recruitment in the Isle of Man. She graduated from The University of Kent in 2014 with First Class Honours in History and Philosophy of Art.

Ariana primarily supports David as his PA but also helps oversee the smooth running of the office.

Favourite Restaurant: Barrafina.

Tom received a First Class Linguistics degree from Newcastle University and moved to London seeking adventures new. At Restaurant Property, Tom leads the brand’s digital efforts, helping amplify the team’s strong message of market expertise, confidence and excellence to their target audience and beyond.

Favourite restaurant: Anderson & Co, Peckham

Jill has now notched up 25 years working in the London, UK and international media, both as a news journalist and in PR, having trained as a news reporter at the age of 18.

At Restaurant Property, Jill gets coverage for David and the Restaurant Property team’s many property deals, and places profile-raising stories on David and the Restaurant Property Team in the trade and national mass media.
