From breakfast to dinner, inspiring interpretations of the humble chicken and its delicate, spherical counterpart are prepared in more ways that anyone’s ever done before: from soups, wings, salads, burgers and patés and pies to quiches, roasts and desserts, this is earthy food at its very best.
